30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Pro Subscriptions)
If you subscribe to Jobsesame Pro and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment.
This applies to your first subscription payment only. Subsequent monthly renewals are not covered by the 30-day guarantee but are covered by the 5-day cooling-off period.
5 Business Day Cooling-Off Period (All Purchases)
Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel any purchase made electronically within 5 business days of the transaction date and receive a full refund, no questions asked.
This applies to Pro subscriptions and credits packs.
Credits Packs
Credits packs (R99 for 10 credits) are eligible for a full refund within the 5 business day cooling-off period.
Credits packs are non-refundable once any credits have been used. Unused credits in a partially-used pack are also non-refundable outside the cooling-off period.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at billing@jobsesame.co.za with:
- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via your original payment method (Paystack). The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank but is typically 3–5 business days after we process the refund.
